Hunter attended Cub Scout Camp for the first time this summer. He went every day from 8:00-4:30 at Poor Farmers Campground. He did many exciting things each day. He learned how to shoot bee-bee guns, bow-n-arrows, and sling shots. He had science, art, exploration and cooking stations. There was a game and learning station also. Hunter was one tired child at the end of each day. Some days he had to rush off to a baseball game also. Braden and I went to camp with him two days. Braden was allowed to participate in the activities as well. On Friday, they had a lot of different events like inflatables, sno-cones, and face painting.

Baseball
Baseball Baseball Baseball
I feel like that is all we have been doing lately.
Braden's team has been working hard but have struggled with getting the game all together on the same day. He has enjoyed it and is starting to learn to take some risks. He has attempted pitching and has played about every spot there is. He has been excited to try some new positions this year.
Hunter: What can I say! I would never had dreamed he would be able to play this year. Last year it was all I could do to keep him from playing in the dirt in T-ball. This year he has been hitting the coach pitches very well and working on learning to play different positions.

Spring Break
Spring Break 2009
On Friday, April 10, 2009, Brent, Cyndi, Braden, Hunter, and Preston headed to the airport. We were off to Disney World for Spring Break. Hunter ended up flying but was a pretty sick kid when we left. Nothing like flying with 102 temp and ear infections.
We arrived in Orlando about 1:30 in the afternoon. We spent the first evening in Downtown Disney. The boys loved the Lego Store. We spent the next five days in the parks. On Saturday, we hit Magic Kingdom because the Bethel High School Band was marching. We met up with one of Braden's friends. We enjoyed the day with him and his family. The resort we stayed at was beautiful. It was so nice to get some family time in before Brent deploys. Also, who could pass up the military deal that we got.
Here are some of the highlights of the trip.
Of course, you have to have Mickey and Minnie.

Many Pictures to Catch Up
This winter/spring has been a very rough one. So, here is my attempt to catch up.
The boys played Upward Basketball at a church in Tipp City. They both had great coaches and a lot of fun. Here is a shot of Hunter guarding. The next one is Braden shooting and making a basket.
Hunter and his class celebrated the 100th day of school. He had to take in a 100 collection. Of course, if you know Hunter, it would be candy. Here is Hunter counting out his candy.
Next we had a visit from Isabella. The boys love to hold and play with her. She is still trying to figure them out.
Hunter was excited that he was finally old enough to join Cub Scouts. He is a Tiger Cub. Here he is in the new uniform. He won 3 rd place in our unit Derby Dash.
